1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack your items securely in their original packaging.
- Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 2 to 4 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contactus@freshlaynyinc.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
